Anonymous asked: what's the worst health scare that you've ever had?
My entire childhood, I think. No one could figure out what was wrong with me, but I was always sick. At least twice a week, 6 year old me would get a debilitating migraine and lay on the floor of the bathroom until I puked. I spent numerous nights up until the wee hours of the morning because I had such bad stomach pains that I couldn’t sleep. My mom took me from doctor to doctor but they couldn’t find anything wrong, and they told her that it definitely WASN’T allergies.
Eventually my mom took matters into her own hands and saved food labels of everything I ate before I got sick. She narrowed it down to yellow dye and MSG. I’m pretty sure that there’s still something I’m allergic to that I don’t know about, because I feel ill randomly, but for the most part I’m alright.
